Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a bright straw yellow color embellished with imperceptible golden textures, quite consistent.
Upon olfactory examination, the range of aromas is wide and quite intense. On the nose it offers hints of yellow flowers, associated with notes of ripe yellow pulp fruit such as apricot, mango and a delicate hint of citrus. The exam is completed by an elegant note of vanilla embellished with a mineral scent.
Elegant sip, easy to drink, with a pleasant acidity. Good olfactory taste persistence of citrus fruits and ripe fruit.
A wine that is an expression of the territory of origin.
