Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a lively straw yellow color, good consistency.
The nose opens with a very fresh olfactory range with floral, fruity and mineral hints. Notes of fresh white flowers accompanied by hints of white-fleshed fruit, such as apple, pear and white peach. Finish with a delicate mineral aftertaste.
The sip is fresh, soft, well-balanced in its components. With a long and persistent finish with an aftertaste of fresh fruit and citrus notes.
