Tasting Notes
Brilliant, with an intense, almost golden straw yellow colour, with a fine and persistent perlage.
On the nose it presents hints of elderflower, very fruity with strong aromas of citrus fruits, bergamot and peach. Closing with a delicate note of rhubarb and brioches.
The sip is very fresh, well balanced in its parts, with a round and soft acidity. Good persistent aromatic taste of peaches with a strong mineral note in the finish.
