Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with an intense carmine red coat, with good consistency.
The olfactory range is broad, intense and fine. It opens with floral notes intertwined with delicate hints of berries and blood orange peel. The examination is completed by hints of spices reminiscent of vanilla and cloves and a nuance of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub.
The sip is enveloping, satisfying, rich. Elegant and with smooth and integrated tannins, it gives an intriguing aftertaste of cherries in alcohol and Cavendish tobacco.
