Tasting Notes
Crystall-clear, with a lively straw yellow color with elegant greenish textures, quite consistent.
On the nose it opens with a wide bouquet of aromas. It ranges from fresh floral scents to addictive notes of white peach fruit embellished with puffs of citrus scents. In closing enveloping notes of aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub.
On the palate it is well balanced in its components. Fresh, with an enveloping and persistent aftertaste of fresh fruit and iodine notes, it offers a pleasant and elegant sip.
