Tasting Notes
Limpid, bright carmine red, good consistency.
The olfactory range opens with floral scents reminiscent of dog rose, violet and lilac. Enveloping fruity notes of durone cherry, red berries and dried plum follow. The varied bouquet is completed by addictive notes of freshly ground black pepper, puffs of milk chocolate powder and a delicate spicy note.
The sip is well balanced, with a persuasive and well-polished tannin, a persistent aftertaste that gives an aftertaste of tarocco orange.
A wine of great pleasantness and elegance.
