Tasting Notes
Crystal-cler, with an intense straw yellow coat with evident golden reflections, good consistency.
Its olfactory bouquet is rich and of fine quality. It opens with floral hints of yellow roses, which are enveloped in fruity aromas reminiscent of ripe apricots, with an effluvium of tropical fruit scents. Addictive spicy nuances complete the examination: white pepper, cloves and cinnamon.
The sip is rich and corresponds to what is perceived by the nose. Its balance and good acidity give a pleasant and elegant sip.
