Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense garnet red coat, consistent.
On the nose it opens with a wide, intense and fine quality range of scents. It opens with floral notes of violet and withered rose, followed by an effluvium of aromas of durone cherry, ripe blackberry and dried plum. The taste is completed by hints of freshly roasted coffee beans, licorice root and black peppercorns.
On the palate it presents itself with a discrete structure, well balanced in its components. With elegant tannins it gives the taster an enveloping and persistent fruity aftertaste embellished with a spicy vein.
An elegant and harmonious wine.
