Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense carmine red color, consistent.
The wide olfactory range ranges from blackberry, blueberry and pomegranate scents to notes of freshly ground coffee and the scent of cigar box. The examination ends with a balsamic nuance.
In the mouth it is rich, important, and juicy. Freshness and flavor give a satisfying sip supported by an important tannin, but well-polished and silky. Persistent, with a fruity aftertaste and embellished with a balsamic and spicy texture.
A wine that is an expression of the territory of origin.
