Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, golden yellow in color, rich in brightness.
The nose is complex and of fine quality. The notes of acacia flowers and daisies are perfectly intertwined with notes of white-fleshed fruit such as apple, pear, embellished with delicate notes of citrus and melon. The olfactory range is completed by hints of Mediterranean herbs: sage, basil and juniper berries.
The sip is satisfying, pleasant and well-balanced in its components. Discrete persistence with a mineral herbaceous aftertaste.
A fresh and elegant wine.
