Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with an intense golden yellow color, good consistency.
On the nose it releases notes of chamomile, hints of tropical fruit reminiscent of mango, papaya and ripe banana. The olfactory bouquet is completed by hints of toasted almonds and hazelnuts and a delicate citrus nuance on the finish.
In the mouth it is rich, enveloping with a strong sensation of freshness and flavor. Good aromatic taste persistence with an aftertaste of citrus and a strong mineral note.
Ideal to accompany fish-based dishes, it also demonstrates its great versatility with fresh cheeses and white meats.
