Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a straw yellow coat with evident golden reflections.
The nose is an effluvium of perfumes. Elderflowers, acacia are wrapped in notes of ripe fruit with white and yellow pulp embellished with delicate hints of vanilla.
The sip is elegant, soft and very pleasant. A sip of great flavor supported by an important fruity aftertaste.
A wine destined to evolve, but already of rare elegance.
