Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with an intense straw yellow color with light greenish reflections.
On the nose it presents a fairly broad and good quality olfactory bouquet. Olfactory experience opens with hints of white flowers intertwined with notes of tropical fruit. The examination is completed by persuasive hints of sweet spices, vanilla above all and a nuance of toasting in the finish.
The sip is supported by a good freshness and flavor, elements that give the taster great pleasure. The persistent fruit aftertaste completes the taste examination.
A wine to accompany not particularly elaborate fish-based dishes.
