Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a straw yellow coat with evident golden reflections.
The nose opens with delicate notes of chamomile, embellished with hints of white-fleshed fruit. The olfactory range is completed by hints of balsamic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub and a balsamic nuance in the finish.
The sip is fresh, a caress for the palate. Freshness and flavor give a pleasant sip, corroborated by a delicate aftertaste of medicinal herbs.
