Tasting Notes
It is brilliant to the eye, with a straw yellow color with very light golden textures and a fine and persistent perlage.
On the nose it opens with delicate pastry notes, embellished with intense notes of ripe tropical fruit and orange peel. The range of aromas is completed by hints of salted caramel and a nuance, in the finish, of cinnamon.
In the mouth it is an authentic caress for the palate. Perfectly balanced in its components, it offers a silky and enveloping sip, supported by an elegant and persistent aftertaste of shortcrust pastry and honey.
