Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a vivid carmine color, good consistency.
On the nose, in addition to the traditional floral notes, there are notes of red pulp fruit, jammy sour cherry as well as inlays of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub. On the finish, evident notes of spicy spices.
On the palate, it is characterized by its structure and tannic texture, well-smoothed and silky. Persistent on the palate, it gives an aftertaste of ripe fruit embellished with balsamic notes.
