Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense ruby red color tending towards garnet, good consistency.
On the nose it expresses itself in all its complexity. Fruity notes of sour cherries and blackberries intertwine with hints of cigar box, freshly ground peppercorns and licorice root.
The sip is elegant, balanced, thanks also to a smooth and silky tannic texture. Good aromatic taste persistence. Which gives a very pleasant finish.
