Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with evident greenish reflections.
The olfactory range is wide and of fine quality. It opens with hints of lime, acacia and hawthorn, followed by fruity notes of citrus and, in the end, a marked minerality is highlighted.
In the mouth it is particularly fresh, well balanced in its components with a fairly persistent aftertaste of citrus and in the finish an almond nuance.
