Cabernet Riserva 2011 - Vignalta
Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Cabernet Riserva
Variety composition: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc.
Denomination: Colli Euganei D.O.C..
Alcoholic strength: 15% vol.
Vintage: 2011.
Serving temperature: 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Clear, with a dark ruby red color, almost impenetrable, good consistency.
The olfactory palette is wide and of fine quality. The floral notes are intertwined with aromas of small berries in alcohol. The bouquet of enveloping aromas is completed by puffs of undergrowth and medicinal herbs. In the finish, a nuance of delicate toasting is highlighted.
The sip is enveloping, elegant and of rare pleasantness. Perfectly balanced in its components, it is characterized by an exuberant tannin and a persistent aftertaste of ripe fruit embellished with a delicate balsamic note.
