Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a lively straw yellow color with golden reflections, good consistency.
It opens with intense fruity notes of apple, citrus, apricot and tropical fruit, embellished with hints of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub. The rich olfactory range is completed by hints of ginger and cardamom.
The sip is a caress for the palate, freshness and flavor provide pleasantness supported by a persistent aftertaste of citrus and salty notes, inviting you to repeat the sip.
