Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with an intense straw yellow color, almost golden, with good consistency.
On the nose it presents itself with an elegant and particularly intense olfactory range. The floral notes are followed by a fruity scent that recalls a mix of Williams pear, Renetta apple and ripe peach. In the end, spicy aromas complete the examination.
The sip is pleasant, flavor and freshness give a sip of great pleasure. Good persistence of taste and olfactory with a decidedly balsamic trail.
