Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a persistent and elegant perlage, with an intense straw yellow color with light golden textures.
The bouquet of aromas is elegant and broad. It opens with delicate floral notes intertwined with aromas of white and yellow pulp fruit that recall apple, pear and citrus fruits. The olfactory range is enriched by hints of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub and a delicate mineral note at the end.
The sip is fresh, enveloping, with a persistent aftertaste of pastry and fine spices. Freshness and flavor give an elegant and very pleasant sip.
