Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a brilliant straw yellow color and imperceptible golden textures, with an elegant and persistent perlage.
The olfactory range is wide, persistent and of fine quality. It opens with delicate floral notes accompanied by addictive hints of citrus, yellow white peach, apricot and a light hint of tropical fruit. The bouquet of aromas is completed by: hints of fresh pastry, notes of aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub and a spicy note in the finish.
The sip is rich and elegant. Structure, freshness and flavor give pleasure and invite you to repeat the sip. Persistent with an aftertaste of citrus and marked minerality.
