Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a very intense carmine red color, consistent.
With a wide olfactory range and fine quality. It opens with floral notes that recall a potpourri of red flowers, followed by enveloping fruity scents: durone cherry, blackcurrant and blueberry. The examination is completed by aromas of aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub, aromas of sweet spices and a nuance of cigar box in the finish.
The sip is enveloping, rich, elegant and very pleasant. With soft and silky tannins, it is characterized by its perfect balance and the persistent aftertaste of spices and chocolate powder.
A wine that is an expression of the territory of origin.
