Tasting Notes
It is limpid to the eye, with a lively garnet red color, good consistency.
On the nose it is rich and elegant with a bouquet of aromas reminiscent of slightly withered red wildflowers intertwined with notes of blackberry and dried plum. The olfactory range is completed by hints of nutmeg, licorice root and, in the finish, a nuance of freshly roasted coffee beans.
The sip is perfectly balanced and harmonious. The tannin is important, but well-polished and elegant. Good persistence of taste and smell, with an aftertaste of ripe fruit and fine spices.
