Barolo Bussia Riserva 2017 - Livia Fontana
Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Barolo Bussia Riserva
Variety composition: 100% Nebbiolo.
Denomination: Barolo D.O.C.G.
Alcoholic strength: 14,5% vol.
Vintage: 2017.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a ruby red color with garnet reflections, good consistency.
The nose opens with a wide and fine quality olfactory range. The floral notes are followed by an effluvium of aromas of small red berries. The examination is completed by hints of licorice root, aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub and a spicy nuance.
The sip is opulent, rich, elegant and very pleasant. Well balanced in its components, with a silky tannin and a long persistence of olfactory taste of ripe fruit and coffee powder.
A long-lived wine, a lively expression of the territory of origin.
