Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense ruby red color, good consistency.
On the nose it presents itself with intense and complex scents. The floral notes of violet and peony are followed by hints of small red berries embellished with intense notes of fine spices.
The sip is full, structured with a soft and elegant tannin. Good olfactory taste persistence with an aftertaste of orange and aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub.
