Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color, good consistency.
The nose opens with a whiff of white-fleshed fruit aromas: apple, peach and pear. Followed by intense hints of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub and a mineral nuance.
The sip is fresh, structured, but overall velvety. Freshness and acidity give elegance and pleasantness, supported by a persistent aftertaste of fresh fruit.
