The nose opens with hints of fresh white and yellow flowers, followed by delicate fruity notes of candied Lebanese citron and ripe apple. The bouquet of aromas is completed by hints of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub.
The sip is fresh, well-balanced in its components, with a delicate citrus aftertaste.
