Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut – Arunda

Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut - Arunda
Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut
Variety composition: 100% Chardonnay.
Denomination: Metodo Classico – Alto Adige D.O.P..
Alcoholic strength: 13% vol.
Vintage: n.d.
Serving temperature: 6° – 8° C.

Tasting Notes
Brilliant, with a warm golden yellow color embellished with an elegant and persistent perlage.
The olfactory range is rich. The delicate floral notes are followed by intense hints of fruit: golden apple, gamberi pear and in the finish notes of bread crust and fine pastry.
The sip is elegant, persistent and very pleasant. Well balanced in its parts, the sip reveals itself as a caress for the palate, supported by a savory and refreshing fruity aftertaste.
