Tasting notes
Limpid, with a ruby red color with garnet reflections, good consistency.
It presents itself to the nose with a wide range and fine quality. It opens with floral hints that recall a pot pourri of red flowers, followed by intense aromas of small dark berries, dried plum and cherry. The examination is completed by hints of hot spices and a nuance of balsamic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub.
The sip is rich, with an important tannic texture, although well integrated and smooth. Well balanced in its components, it is characterized by a persistent savory aftertaste of spices.
