Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a light ruby red color with imperceptible amaranth reflections.
The olfactory bouquet is broad and of fine quality. It opens with hints of pot pourri of withered red flowers, followed by intense notes of small red berries, cherry and plum. The examination is completed by aromas of Mediterranean herbs and precious spices.
The sip is very elegant, freshness and flavor intertwine perfectly, supported by a silky and elegant tannin. Good aromatic taste persistence that recalls mulberry flowers and blood orange. A wine expression of the territory of origin.
