Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a lively golden yellow color with amber reflections, consistent.
On the nose it expresses all the typicality of the vine, with floral notes of acacia and orange blossom, intertwined with hints of candied fruit: orange peel and apricot. The broad and intense olfactory bouquet is completed by notes of aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub and in the finish a nuance of eucalyptus honey.
The sip is enveloping, rich, and sumptuous. Perfectly balanced in its components, with its flavor and freshness it offers an elegant sip, accompanied by a persistent aftertaste of candied orange and citron.
