Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a lively amber yellow color, consistent.
Its bouquet of aromas is wide. The delicate floral notes are followed by intense fruity notes that recall apricot, candied fruit and orange peel. The olfactory range is completed by notes of caramel and, in closing, an enveloping note of freshly baked pastry and a nuance of acacia honey.
The sip is rich, important, and satisfying. Perfectly balanced, it offers a sweet aftertaste of honey and candied fruit.
A sample expression of the company’s production style.
