Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a carmine coat with light garnet textures, consistent.
On the nose, the sample offers an effluvium of scents of various nature: floral, fruity and spicy. Notes of violet flowers and lavender are followed by hints of small red berries. Notes of medicinal herbs and a nuance of cigar box complete the test.
The sip is pleasant and elegant. Well balanced in its components, a perfectly integrated tannin stands out. Good olfactory taste persistence of ripe fruit and licorice root.
