Tasting Notes
Clear, carmine red in color with light garnet hues, good consistency.
The nose opens with delicate floral notes, followed by addictive and intense fruity notes of red pulp fruit in jam, orange, cherry and durone. The examination is completed by hints of spices such as cloves and cinnamon, in the finish, a nuance of dark chocolate powder.
The sip is enveloping, satisfying, and elegant. Freshness and flavor blend in unison, supported by a smooth tannic texture. An aftertaste of ripe fruit and sweet spices remains.
