Tasting notes
Brilliant, with a lively straw yellow color with golden reflections, with a fine and persistent perlage.
The nose opens with hints of fresh white flowers, followed by fruity notes of gamba pear, fresh citrus fruits and lime. The olfactory range is completed by hints of freshly baked pastries and addictive hints of balsamic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub.
The sip is a caress for the palate. Elegant and intense in taste, it offers a persistent aftertaste of citrus fruits and mineral hints.
A sample that strikes for its freshness and flavor, an expression of the terroir of origin.
